We will present a range of options for assisting the body with detoxification. A reasonable minimum budget is around $200/person. More aggressive protocols could range from a few hundred dollars to a few thousand dollars, depending on how aggressive one wants to be and what additional healing modalities one may want to invest in. We'll help you find just the right level of investment for your budget.

No. We will point you to options you could consider, but testing is not required to participate.

The wonderful thing about detoxification and healing is there are so many effective ways to do so. That said, not all options we will mention are available, appropriate, or affordable for everyone. During our onboarding process, we will help you see an exciting range of options, and filter them based on your budget, lifestyle, age, and current state of health.

Additionally, we have weekly, group support calls to make sure you get your questions answered, and make adjustments to your plan based on how your body is responding. We also have 1-1 "Code Red" calls for individual support should the need arise. You will have access to both a doctor and a coach throughout the program.  

The short answer is "no." That said, if you are hesitant to consider a fast, we encourage you to express your concerns and talk with us about how this simple (and free) healing modality might be approachable and beneficial. Fasting is one of the strongest ways to stimulate both detoxification and healing. There are many ways (and great reasons) to do it. The aim of the program is to prep for a five-day water fast. Participants will have access to our library of fasting materials and have ample time to prep the body for fasting, learn how to navigate the experience, and reintroduce food in a methodical way to keep the healing power going. If nothing else, you will be armed with knowledge of how to fast for a time in the future when you feel ready. 

Part of what we teach you about from the beginning is how to read your body's feedback and adjust. If you develop some additional symptoms, we will help you know where to back off and what else you can do to "keep the exits open" so that your body can continue to purge molecules and microbes that don't belong inside you. 

There are many ways to gauge healing--some will be obvious (you'll be feeling better, more energized and clear-headed) and others will be subtle. We will teach you what signs to look for and how to track your progress so you can adjust your efforts (and expectations) as you go. If you have done any lab testing, you can also retest to evaluate your efforts. 

Here, results ARE typical, but everyone's starting line is different. To make sure we can deliver the kind of results you are looking for, we require everyone to apply. This allows us to collaborate with you to find the program that best fits your needs. We encourage you to compare our programs before your call so you get a sense of what might be appropriate for you. We will have an insightful and fun conversation.

We will discuss both the start date and cost(s) of the program on your initial call. Some people need a slightly longer prep phase to get ready for the program. As for cost, we have some flexibility to create payment plans based on your needs. You may also be a candidate for a VIP-Day, or desire some additional 1-1 coaching.
