EPISODE SUMMARY
A wave of new listeners arrived, so we pulled back the curtain to reintroduce what we do, why we do it, and where we’re steering the show next year. After two decades in holistic health, we’ve learned that most people don’t need more tests or bigger supplement stacks—they need a cleaner map of reality. We talk through the “healthcare matrix,” why disease labels often distract from root causes, and how to think clearly when institutions and incentives push complexity.
We also share a listener-friendly on-ramp. Start with early monologues that build a foundation for health decisions, then explore the most-played interviews on chlorine dioxide, parasites, psychiatric medications, and autism. If you’re curious about sacred cows, check out The Myth of Unbalanced Hormones and a deeper dive into deception and control across global systems. These conversations are not about outrage; they’re about coherence—linking history, logic, and biology so you can act with confidence.
Looking toward 2026, we outline the themes we’re tackling: hospital births versus home birth, the corrupt world of health insurance, suppressed biophysics and electro-molecular tools, and fresh looks at heart disease, virology, vaccines, gut health, and toxic burdens—emotional and environmental. On the freedom front, we will probe education choices, the weaponization of therapy, and cultural engineering through media, entertainment, theology, and politics. For people on our email list, Nina joins with a weekly newsletter full of practical recipes and home rhythms, while I share concise essays, Q&A, and episode context. Find us on Facebook and Instagram at HealingUnited or Healing.united, on YouTube via Deconstructing Conventional, and without censorship on Odyssey. Hello, everyone. Welcome to episode number 61. I have a short show for you today. My wife Nina had the idea to do a state of the podcast episode and give you all a little peek behind the scenes at what we're up to lately and where I'm taking the show in 2026. So this episode is meant to accomplish three things.
First, is just acknowledge the big influx of new people who have recently found the show. Welcome, and give you a quick orientation to who I am and some popular episodes you might want to check out. Second, I'm going to update you on the direction of the podcast and invite you into helping shape the show.
And lastly, I'll give you some insights into new ways you can engage with us online, including a new content format from both myself and my wonderful wife, Nina. She will be more of a presence in 2026. Okay, back to the first item on my list. Welcome. I am delighted to say there are a lot of new people here lately.
So before I introduce myself, a quick shout out to those of you listening in Sydney, Australia. I've never been there before, but that was the city with the most downloads in 2025. So good day, mate and matey, or actually, I'm not sure if that translates to ladies and gentlemen. So, ladies and gentlemen from Down Under, welcome. Um, and I have a special shout out to our clients in Australia.
It's an honor to work with you, and I suppose I have you to thank for helping share the show. You might even hear parakeets in the background. So hopefully that makes you feel right at home. Okay, so if you are new here and you're thinking, who is this guy? You can hear more about me or my backstory in episode number one and 55.
But a short version is that I am a holistic health coach by trade. For context, I've been doing and iterating this work full-time since 2005. I originally cut my teeth in the wellness industry working in nutrition, and then spent a decade as both a personal trainer and running a holistic brick and mortar wellness business that incorporated a lot of so-called alternative health practitioners.
You can hear more about that part of my journey in episode one. In 2017, my wife and I both pivoted to the online business model, and you can hear all about that and a much more personal version of my story in episode number 55. You might be wondering what kind of people become your clients? Well, people typically come to our coaching programs because they have been through the medical or alternative merry-go-round, or for some meat grinder is a more accurate description.
People who work with us, they've often spent a fortune and they feel like they've done all of the things and still haven't found answers to their health challenges. The longer I do this work, the simpler and less expensive healing and health becomes. Why? Because the more you start going after root causes, disease labels become irrelevant.
And what I think a lot of people are coming to realize is that the medical model and the alternative model are pretty much the same method. They both have their fancy tests, they both chase symptoms, and the big difference is in the alternative world, instead of medications, you get a bunch of supplements.
So, sorry, side note, part of why I do this podcast is I'd love to preemptively save people from more of that predictable experience. I really want to help people see through the healthcare matrix. There are gems in there, but most of so-called healthcare is wasteful or even harmful. And I want to help you avoid that. So our coaching programs are designed not only to get you well, but to help you confidently and peacefully heal and manage your health without the medical system, if that's what you want.
So, if you want a relatively short peek into how I do what I do, my most popular webinar last year was called How to Reverse Any Chronic Illness in Three Steps. The longer presentation that will kind of help you see through the healthcare matrix is a monologue podcast where I took on the sacred medical cow of hormone therapy.
I probably lost a few friends in both the medical and alternative world with that one, but no one has volunteered to debate me on that topic either. So, and if they did, I would welcome it. Let's do it. Uh, in case you're intrigued, that episode about hormones is number 59.
It's called The Myth of Unbalanced Hormones. During that episode, you'll hear how we help people discover the root causes of their health challenges. Uh, if you want a way to describe my work, I guess you could call me a master generalist. I'm someone who has been around the block a few times and does his best to find and aggregate timeless wisdom and timeless remedies.
That also means I have a keen eye for weeding out a lot of harmful interventions, shiny objects, or partial solutions that masquerade as comprehensive solutions. Another commitment I've made is to not create and sell any products. So I do point people to products or services I think are worth the money. On our website, you can see a list of products that we are delighted to recommend.
So look for the recommended products link under resources. And we even have coupon codes for some of what we recommend. I'll sum up this section by saying that our business model is built around the crazy idea of earning a living by charging enough that it allows us to spend time with people. Something that's really hard to find in today's medical system, or most types of doctor's offices for that matter.
Our model allows us to think deeply enough about a person's situation that we can move the needle and get them well so they can get out of the doctor's office and get back to living their life. So if that sounds appealing, or if you want to see some of our testimonies of people we've helped, you can check out our website at healingunited.today.
And if you're having trouble visiting our site, I will tell you why and what you can do about that in just a few minutes. As far as how you might dive into the podcast, if you're new here, here are a few thoughts on episodes you might check out. The first 10 episodes are a monologue series of me attempting to lay a foundation for how to think about health and the systems that we are born into. Those episodes are likely to give you much more clarity and therefore much less stress as you consider what you can do to improve your health.
You may also be interested to know, in terms of the topics I cover, the two main areas of focus of this show are holistic health and freedom from tyranny, which creates a very target-rich environment. What you'll find is such themes overlap on the show quite frequently. Some episodes are more geared toward one or the other.
And on that note, for an episode geared more toward the freedom side, which is also my most popular monologue episode, you can check out episode number 32 called Deception and Control: Unveiling the World's Secret Governance System. That one lives up to the promise of attempting to stretch your thinking. I would argue that if you don't understand what I cover in that show, there is a lot about our world that will continue to not make sense. Once you see what I lay out, you can't unsee it.
And so much of what we are living through starts to come into focus. So, in case you are wondering what episodes have been the most popular, well, here are my top five. My most popular show by a wide margin is with Andreas Calker, and we discussed chlorine dioxide and the COVID vaccines. My second most popular episode is my third interview with Dr. Robert Yoho about chlorine dioxide, DMSO, and OSR. Third is my conversation with Kim Rogers, where we discussed the overlooked problem of parasites. Fourth is Dr. Peter Breggan, where our conversation about the dangers of psychiatric medications and methylene blue came into focus.
And my fifth most popular episode is my conversation with Carrie Rivera about autism. In terms of my favorites, it's really hard to pick. It almost feels like picking which one of my kids is my favorite. But a couple that stand out to me are episode number 48, which is my conversation with Dr. Michelle Jorgensen, about the significant, I'd even say criminal problems in the dental world related to root canals and metal fillings.
And my favorite of all is probably episode number 38 with the one and only Catherine Austin Fitz. That episode is about how to see through the matrix and discern truth in a post-COVID world. It was such an honor to host her for a live in-person event, and we cover some heavy-hitter topics in that one, so that one really stands out to me. Okay, so on to the second agenda item for this episode.
Where is the show going in 2026? Well, I wanted to invite you into that discussion about what topics you'd like me to cover. I will tell you how to communicate that to me in just a second, but let me say that this year I have a deeper fire in me to drag into the sunlight any enslaving systems or people who would prefer to have their agenda stay hidden.
As far as the evidence allows us to discern, I want to help you see the direction of where power structures are attempting to nudge us or where they have been doing that for a long time. The more I study this, the more I see how crafty such people are. And I want to help you develop a clearer map of reality so you can fall for fewer and fewer traps and instead find more paths to flourishing.
So some topics I already have lined up are a discussion about the birthing industry versus home birthing, the wasteful monstrosity of health insurance, as well as deeper dives into what could be called biophysics or electromolecular technologies that are often suppressed. So, how do we discern the genuinely helpful breakthrough technologies from those that are have a kernel of truth and that are really just out to make a buck?
I also plan to deconstruct ideas around heart disease, virology, and vaccines. I have a couple of episodes in mind about gut health, and I'm also interested in anything that helps us see where our toxic burdens are coming from, and that includes toxic emotions as well. More toward the freedom lane, I also aim to tape on topics like public education versus homeschooling, the weaponization of therapy, and other covert efforts to shape society via media, entertainment, music, news, gambling, theology, and political theater. My hope is to land as many body blows as I can against any system that is predicated on greed, centralized control, extraction, or malice.
I want to help you see the game and opt out. So as you might imagine, it is an ambitious undertaking I have this year, and I am honored to have you along for the ride. So if you have any guests you think I should invite who are systems-level thinkers, i.e., they can deconstruct a conventional idea or a sacred medical cow, and they can do so in layman's terms using history and logic, and fascinatedly or even passionately lay out a case for where we humans are being hoodwinked.
If you know someone like that, I would welcome your introductions or suggestions. And that leads me to agenda item number three. If you're on our mailing list, you can send me your suggested podcast guests or introductions by simply replying to any email that you get from me. If you're not on our email list, then you can subscribe at the footer of our website at healingunited.today.
That makes it easy for us to stay in touch. You can also send me a one-way communication in BuzzSprout using the send us a text link at the top of the show notes. Side note on that option. Unless you include your contact info, I have no way to reply, but I do get those messages. One quick housekeeping note regarding email. If you're on our mailing list and you've not seen an email from us in a while, you might check out your spam folder.
Every even just long-term clients we have who have opened our email for years sometimes find our emails get mysteriously redirected to spam. So, huh? But make sure you mark us as not spam, and that will make it easy to keep in touch in both directions. Another fun development for 2026 is that my wife Nina is handing over the reins of directing our homeschool co-op, and she's going to be putting that effort into being more of a presence in the business.
Her and I will be both rolling out our individual, roughly once-a-week newsletter designed to give you a lot of value. We want our names to deeply resonate with the word helpful. So helpful and insightful are what you can expect in our newsletters. Uh, if you've been wanting to get to know Nina a little bit, yes, she is amazing. You're going to love her newsletters. I already saw the first one and it's great.
So if you're curious how she manages her health and how she stays on top of running our home and homeschooling our six kids, be on the lookout for emails from her where you'll get a short dose of a lot of hard-won wisdom and practical things like amazing recipes. Uh, my newsletter will be more focused on the podcast and writing thoughtful articles and answering common questions that have been pouring in via social media. So, concurrent with a lot of people finding the podcast, last year we finally got some help disseminating the show on various platforms.
So, in case you didn't know, you can now interact with us on Facebook and Instagram at HealingUnited or Healing.united. You can find my show in a limited fashion on YouTube at Deconstructing Conventional. Yes, there are still topics YouTube won't allow me to talk about, but I'll do my best and see how long they let me stick around this time. Uh, TikTok is a total joke.
They flagged our content and kicked us off and won't let us back on, so you can't find us there. Uh, but we do have an Odyssey channel where we can post freely. And as some of you have encouraged me to do, I may even set up a substack sometime this year, but I'll let you know if that happens. In the meantime, a couple other digital touch points are that you can find all of my podcast episodes, including interview videos, show notes, and transcripts, on our website at healingunited.today.
Just look for podcast under resources. Uh, you can also listen to the show in the Healing United PMA app. So shout out to those of you listening right now on that app. That is an easy place to find the show notes. Okay, last segment here about my earlier comment that some people can't access our website. Well, a rough estimate based on feedback from you all is that about 10% of people are still blocked from viewing our site.
After a lot of back and forth, where every tech company in the mix told me, yeah, there's no problem on our end. Everything looks good. The only thing that makes sense to me is that someone has reported our site as malicious or unsecured, and so some browsers or security settings will still block us. Welcome to the Digital Wild Wests, where you can't actually talk to people at big companies.
So if you find that you're going to our site, you may get an error message that says, this site cannot provide a secure connection, which is total bupkiss. We can provide a secure connection. So if you happen to be someone who gets that annoying false message, the first thing you can do, if you are on your phone, turn off the Wi-Fi and use your cellular data for whatever reason. That usually lets our site come through just fine. The second thing you can do if you get that message is just send me an email. I can send you a generic URL that is a cloned version of our website.
That was a fun rebuild, by the way, but we got it done. Um, so if you get that, having uh another place you can not check is at the bottom of almost every email we send, there is a link that says having trouble viewing our site. Click here. So you can use that if you want. Um, but whoever may be trying to shut me up, uh you can't do it that easily. I already have a way around that.
So uh take that, I guess. So final thought. Uh some of you have kindly asked how you can support me. So thank you. Um, I could use all the help I can get. I am still a one-man band who, as you can hopefully tell, puts a lot of thought into each episode. So the more of you who help me make ends meet, the more I can consistently pump out episodes and help you keep moving life forward.
So if you like the show and you want to support me, you can find a link in the show notes titled Support the Show. For as little as$3 a month, you can help me keep doing what I'm doing. If enough of you do that, it really does add up. So thank you in advance. And if financial support is a bridge too far, another way you can support my work is to leave a kind review or share the show far and wide.
Okay, that is a wrap for this episode. Nina and I look forward to interacting with you more and more in the months ahead. So stay tuned for some timely and insightful podcast episodes, some short but refreshingly helpful emails in your inbox, and news about more ways you can partner with us and maybe even earn a little extra income. Uh, I'll keep calling out the waste and manipulation where I see it.
And as my loyal listeners know, I won't just point out problems without also pointing you toward better solutions where we you can put your precious time and money into things that give you peace and move life forward. So thanks for listening, and here's to making 2026 a banner year for all of you. Thanks again to all my supporters. Your kind words keep me going more than you know. So thank you very much. I'll sign off for now. Stay tuned.
