What is included in the program?

Each person in the program will receive access to our entire library of exercise-related content. This includes Female Cycle Training as well as our Pain-Free-Movement Program. There are four lectures to guide your experience and arm you with powerful and important questions.

How is the content delivered?

Upon registration, you will receive access to the "member's area" where the course content is hosted and organized. You are free to go through the course content at your own pace. 

Will I need to buy any supplements?

Nope. We cover the topic of supplements in other courses, but even then, supplements are all optional. 

Will I have access to a coach during the program?

Healing United members will have access to group coaching calls and 1-1 Code Red calls for urgent support where they can ask any and all questions they have related to exercise. Personal coaching is available for an additional cost.
